The Philadelphia Eagles are shaping up to be a formidable force this season.
Howie Roseman has once again demonstrated his prowess as one of the top general managers in the NFL by orchestrating a trade for Jahan Dotson. This move further solidifies his reputation for building powerhouse teams.
By acquiring Dotson from the Washington Commanders, the Eagles have not only strengthened their already potent offense but also cleared the way for Dyami Brown to step up as Washington’s WR2.
With this trade, Philadelphia arguably boasts the most loaded offense in the NFC, which is saying a lot given the competition from teams like the San Francisco 49ers.
As highlighted by Adam Schefter on Twitter (via NFL on ESPN), the Eagles now feature Jalen Hurts at quarterback, Saquon Barkley at running back, Dallas Goedert at tight end, and a wide receiver lineup of AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Dotson. It’s no surprise that fans quickly took to social media, unanimously agreeing that the Eagles are stacked with talent.
Adding to the excitement, Nick Sirianni now has a proven offensive coordinator in Kellen Moore, who is equipped with perhaps the best roster he’s ever worked with. The Eagles are clearly determined to return to the Super Bowl, sparing no effort or resources to make it happen.
In the NFC East Division, the Eagles should have little competition, and it’s not far-fetched to expect them to win at least 13 games in the regular season.
