Liverpool have agreed to meet Alexis Mac Allister’s release clause and will pay Brighton a fee of between £55-60million for his services, sources have told Football Insider.
Personal terms have already been settled with the 24-year-old, who will sign a triple-your-money contract worth in excess of £150,000-a-week.
It is believed the deal will be finalised soon and he is set to become Liverpool’s first summer signing.
Football Insider revealed on Wednesday (31 May) that the Merseysiders and Mac Allister have reached a full agreement following the conclusion of the 2022-23 campaign.
